The core of our business is the operation of unique saunas, our event spaces, pust cafe and bar in Tromsø and facilitating yoga and self-development workshops.
pust.kafé
Pust kafe offers you an unforgettable brunch experience with many plant-based options. Come and build your own personal brunch plate where you can supply with our natural wines, organic local pust beer or unique options from the coffee menu such as golden milk and matcha.
In our spaciest and cozy cafe you can hang loose for hours. We have space for bigger groups and families and its possible to bring in your stroller.
We also welcome dogs in the cafe so don’t hessitate to bring your four legged best friend into the cafe.
On the weekends (Friday-Sunday) we turn down the light and up the music as we invite you in for sourdough pizza and a vibrant evening atmosphere. On Saturdays we book in DJs that will make it impossible for you to leave the dancefloor and on Sundays we host a live jam where you can join the stage or just hang back and enjoy the music.

Pust.Tromsø is our flagship sauna and is located in the heart of Tromsø harbour. The location offers a magical view of Tromsdalstinden and connect you directly with the Arctic Ocean.
